Privacy Policy

Overview

Prompt Perfector is built by Altitude Imaging LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Prompts you submit — sent to an AI provider to generate an optimized version and returned to you. We do not retain the content of your prompts on our servers.
• Email address and password — only if you choose to create an account. An account is entirely optional: you can subscribe and use every feature without one. Its only purpose is accessing an existing subscription on additional devices.
• Subscription status — whether your subscription is active, trialing, or inactive, so the app knows what to unlock.
• A private, device-scoped identifier — created automatically if you subscribe without an account, so your purchase can be recognized on that device. It is not linked to your name, email, or any advertising identifier.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require your name, email, or any personal information to use the app or to subscribe.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or attribution services. The app contains no such software.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not store the content of your prompts on our servers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Prompt History

Your recent prompts are saved only in local storage on your own device so you can revisit them. They are never uploaded to our servers, and clearing the app’s history or deleting the app removes them.

Subscriptions and Payments

Prompt Perfector offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription with a free trial for new subscribers.

• In the iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see or receive your payment card details.
• On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• RevenueCat manages subscription status and receives purchase information associated with your account or device-scoped identifier.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. On iOS you can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Third-Party Services

These services process data on our behalf and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — payment processing for in-app purchases
• Stripe — payment processing on the web
• AI processing providers — generating your optimized prompts

Data Retention

Prompt content is not retained on our servers. Account details and subscription status are kept for as long as your account exists, and are deleted when you delete your account.

Deleting Your Account and Data

If you created an account, you can permanently delete it and all associated data from within the app: open the Account screen and choose Delete Account. This is immediate and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Children’s Privacy

Prompt Perfector is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we may hold. Since we collect minimal data, most requests can be resolved quickly. Account holders can delete everything themselves from the Account screen, or contact us below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
